Each order is freshly prepared which takes time, especially during busy periods.
We endeavour to use locally sourced Scottish produce wherever we can; this includes our Salmon, Cheese, Haggis, Pies, Meats, Milk, and Cream. We recycle all that we can and keep our waste to a minimum.
